As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

How to use Screen mirroring-
Step 1: Swipe down the Notification panel.
Step 2: Select the screen mirror option (Smart view / Mirroring / Miracast / Wireless Display / Mirror Share / Screencast / Screen Share / Smart View/play to, etc.)
Step 3: Enable Smart view.
Step 4: Select the desired device.
Step 5: Tap to connect TV model no.
Step 6: A notification bar will appear on the TV screen and select Allow to permit to connect your device.
Step 7: The phone is connected to the TV. Now you can share the mobile content with TV.

Kindly share the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
