Selfie stick bluetooth remote control not connect with f23 5g

Today I purchase a Selfie stick and trying to pairing selfie stick bt remote control with my f23 5g device but it's not connect but i try to connect other phone like realme, oppo, vivo it's working fine. I check every single setings and reset wifi and bluetooth setings, camera setings but problem not solved. 

so pls someone can help me to resolve this problem.
