Screen protector comming put

My F15 is showing some unknown error. The area of front camera is getting heated as a result of which my screen protector from that zone is peeling out. No matter how costly protector is use. Replaced 4 protector in just 5 months due to this problem

Contact service center that your phone is extremely heating near chip area. Ask for free repair/ replacement

Will they provide me a replacement? As my display has been changed once. My phone is under warrenty.
