Screen fliker problem

Samsung f54 5g when i turn of the phone top side of screen blinks for a second and turn off...

Is this screen issue or software issue?

Can any one tell me who own f54 

Plzz help what can i do?

Bro same with my m53 5g, also screen flikered when AOD is to be off.
This is a Manufacturing Hardware issue commonly seen in M52, M53, M54(F54) .
I changeed my display 2 times at service center in warenty but nothing happened ,every new display has a new type of flickering & Temporary Screen burning issues .
