The blinking screen issue during WhatsApp video calls on your Samsung F54 could be due to various reasons. Let's troubleshoot together:

*Software-Related Issues*

1. *WhatsApp App Glitch*: Try updating WhatsApp to the latest version. Sometimes, a simple update can resolve the issue.
2. *Cache and Data Clearance*: Clear WhatsApp's cache and data. Go to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
3. *Software Update*: Ensure your Samsung F54 is running the latest software. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

*Hardware-Related Issues*

1. *Camera Hardware*: The blinking screen might be related to the camera hardware. Try using a different camera app or disable the camera during the video call to see if the issue persists.
2. *Screen Hardware*: It's possible that there's a hardware issue with your screen. Try using a different app that uses the camera and screen, like Instagram or Facebook, to see if the issue occurs.

*Other Potential Causes*

1. *Insufficient RAM or Storage*: If your device is low on RAM or storage, it might cause the app to malfunction. Try closing other apps or freeing up storage space.
2. *Poor Internet Connection*: A poor internet connection can cause video calls to malfunction. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

*Troubleshooting Steps*

1. Restart your device and try the video call again.
2. Try using a different video calling app, like Google Duo or Skype, to see if the issue occurs.
3. Disable any battery-saving features or power-saving modes that might be interfering with the video call.

If none of these troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, you may want to:

1. *Visit a Samsung Service Center*: For further assistance and to rule out any hardware issues.
2. *Contact WhatsApp Support*: To report the issue and see if there's a known fix or workaround.

I hope these steps help you resolve the blinking screen issue during WhatsApp video calls on your Samsung F54!
