Exactly 💯.. electronics mean they will have certain defects. But atleast they are less in no.for Samsung than for Redmi..that's what is important.

Electronics can have defects. But if it occurs for a large number of people. Its something on the production quality.

Im stating facts too, after all these happening, yet samsung doesnt even try to improve their production quality. If they did, these problems should have reduced alot by now.

Came back to samsung after 10 years. My S20 fe with Exynos will probably be my last Samsung phone

And quality is different from on paper specs. For eg, RN 10 Pro has 33W charger and it takes 110mins to charge from 0-100%(5000mAh battery){info from a genuine RN10 Pro user}, whereas Galaxy A52's 25W charging takes 60 mins for 0-100% with 4500mAh battery.. that's the power of optimization

In community section, some have even said that it just happened, doesnt even know how.
Some say they haven't even dropped the device once, there are others too who mention about how careful they are with their device.

So why does it happen then, all of a sudden with an update or whatever ?
In such cases, users arent even responsible for it. And service centres yet charge many users for it, for replacing the motherboard, for some users warranty was still available, yet they were forced to pay.

I heard about this issue with Galaxy M30s mostly. And surely it is a matter of concern. But is that issue even affecting the majority of M31, M21, M31s users also??

The only thing made me say it is the number of reports I see everyday on the community section. And I was like what's this, because it was very much more than what can usually be seen.

Yet no response from the brand's side

I have been a samsung user for years, I never chose any other brands just because how much I liked it. But today, its not that way, all because of what they are doing.

So you will not believe by community post & you think all are just time pass or telling lie here wow! & also ypu thought others are not using phones in good manner like you? but we believe by ur personal one experience because you didn't face any issue yet? Btw here we are not discussing personal individual problem, till date i m not facing restart issue so i should believe no restart issue right? & i m facing heating issue so i should believe heating issue is a real issue? & for you the problem is only problem when you face it right? For example if your neighbour house got fire then its not get fire until & unless the fire caught your house? Great theory & best thought 👏 👏 👏 👏
