Samsung member app server error

Samsung member app gives a server error message when it's opened. It force close when the community icon is pressed.

This message is typed logging into community website. 

The app cannot access this very same community server while direct site login works?

Anyone else facing similar issue with the member app?

I think so you are using a custom DNS ,plz set DNS to automatic.
If you are using any adguard.com or something.

No custom dns or ad guard or anything similar to such implementation. 

Installed the app after having uninstalled it, not being using it for many months. It gave the exact server error.
