Samsung f23 5g issue

Samsung f23 5g isn't supporting n28 band with jio network and on the other hand my brother's s21 fe is working well with n28 band. Why samsung isn't pushing update to fix this issue. Samsung s20 fe 5g users are also facing the same issue. Phone is working good with n78 band but it isn't detecting n28 band network.

Also in Samsung s20 fe 5g N28 band is not working.. Samsung Should unlock it..
