Dear Samsung team

When you say to your customers that we are giving 5 year support life and three to four android versions.Overlook.Customer understands what you say is simply nonsense.
I am using a F32 5G with a 5000 mah battery since 1.5 year. Its using bare minimums and not even amoled screen.Today a 5000 mah battery on your phone is looking of no meaning to me.I have to charge it 2 times in one day without even doing much on my phone.Logically to say if despite 5000 mah battery you have to charge your phone twice a day one should bang it on a wall..Three years back i was not able to kill 5000 mah battery by any means i tried any phone.Either google is plunging the whole world by its bad android OS design or samsung.Your phones are literally becoming bogus day by day.May be you say feature enriched but look at your battery life.
What is going with processing power ?.Since 2020 same antutu scores of 350000 is midrange phones output. With time you are not changing instead bringing hopeless exynos processors. What you delivered this time in A series. Please check if customer is looking for a victus glass,IP 78 ratings or metal hinges around body or atleast a guaranteed 24 hours working phone.
I also want to condemn google software android. The leadership is doing no good to android OS.Please revert back to lollipop or marshmallow.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding this.

Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of the battery and battery performance

Perform Battery Optimization
Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:
Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care/Battery and device care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory

Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.
Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and location settings when not using them: On the home screen swipe down the notification panel > Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

Check device network fluctuation
Kindly check whether the mobile network fluctuates frequently or if the network signal is low in your area. In both cases, the battery will drain considerably fast.
Recommendation: We recommend you avoid using it in areas with low network/fluctuation.

Reduce display brightness level
Kindly set the device display brightness in auto mode (If available).
Adjust screen timeout settings: Settings > Display > Screen timeout > Select minimum screen timeout.

Check and update the App: Kindly check which application or interface is using more battery from device care. And try to update the app or avoid using that app.

Close background running apps
Close all the background running apps when not using them,

Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data, etc.
We request you turn off the auto sync option, it will stop the synchronization of the device with the server & reduce the battery drainage.
The steps to turn off auto sync are:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Turn off the auto sync option.
