Samsung Galaxy F23 Charging Slowly

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy F23(M23) 5G With Samsung Orginal 25W Charger. Recently My Phone Charging very Slowly like <15 W . It Takes 2hr 50 min to Full charge usually Takes 1hr 25 min, Sometimes Orginal charger Wont Even Work. I had to use old Samsung 15W Charger To Charge It. This Issue Started When My Phone Showing USB Is Disconnected Error In Notification Panel (Issue Started when i inserted pendrive then Removed it). I Even Factery Reseted my phone but no use. When I searched for solution in Internet, I find out lot of other samsung users also have this problem and also developer mode usb Configuration method also not working. But After 1 week the error disappeared in notification bar then after few days My Phone Started Charging Fastly(Super Fast Charging). 

Now I have a doubt, Is this hardware fault or software bug ? Will i need to Go to Service Center (under warranty 1 month left)? Because My phone Now has no problem But this issue might occur again in future after my warranty expired? My Phone is Charging Fastly Now How can service center person detect problem? Anybody Give Some advice. It will help me. Thanks

Try to format your device I think you have removed the pendrive unsafely so yeah try to reset your device

Try draining the battery completely once , sometimes that works
