I have updated my phone to security patch of August..since then super fast charging doesn't work. Samsung is slowly becoming worst smartphone. No reliability as it was earlier. So accountability from Samsung. Good bye Samsung. Loosing hope and faith of Indians. As soon in sales also. Samsung is only focusing on its premium S series. A series crossed the FE series in terms of price. What the hell is Samsung doing nowadays. I think soon it will become Sony or Nokia.

Galaxy device fast charging issue: If you are using a non-genuine Samsung charger, check the device charging by using another Samsung genuine charger. However, we do not recommend using any slow charger for charging Samsung devices. So, Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged, then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

Check charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.

If the rating is 15W or above: Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.

If you using a normal socket: As a safety measure Fast charging may not support, you while you are using the device hence, request you to keep the device idle and check the charging performance.

Kindly check if you are using a memory card on your device.
If you are using the memory card on your device. we will advise you to safely remove it from your device. For this follow the below steps:

Step 1: Before removing the memory card, first, unmount it for safe removal.
On the Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount. Insert the ejection pin into the hole on the tray to loosen the tray.
Note: Ensure that the ejection pin is perpendicular to the hole. Otherwise, the device may be damaged.

Step 2: Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot.

After 13th August security patch update, the charging speed has dropped drastically, we have wasted our money in purchasing 45 watt adapter. Kindly fix the issue asap or we will return the charger to service center and demand full refund.

Why did I pay to service center? This isn't my fault its due to Samsung's security update. Samsung should take some accountabi 😤 😤 😡 In service center..there is no skilled technicians. They firstly reset the device then change motherboard. Pathetic service. I wish Samsung could vanish.
