Is anybody else other than me suddenly facing any display line issue on Samsung Galaxy F23 5G? I use my phone Extremely carefully, it has never dropped in the last one year. But since last month I am seeing a black horizontal line sometimes appearing on display and then vanishing automatically after some time. Today I kept my phone switched off for some reason and when I turned on my phone, I saw a very prominent white line at the same spot where the black line appears along with some mild white flickering on the Samsung logo page, but then again it automatically disappeared before the phone properly turned on. I restarted the phone after a while but it didn't happen again. Is this a software update problem of a hardware / display panel problem? I have done everything in the past according to the suggestions in Samsung community page, such as turning off adaptive brightness, etc. So far nothing worked.

Yes I have watched it.

Not only is this new black horizontal line suddenly appearing now after the last two software updates, since the last one year after buying this phone F23 I am only facing problems after problems. The real issue is the phone is not stable. Not only iPhone, I have heard even our Indian brand Lava is making more stable phone such as their Agni 2 5G than average Samsung mobiles. Samsung should stop making its phone manufacturing business if it cannot provide a decent service to the customers.

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members app as a error report and also send your's log files with this error report. Thanks.

As my phone is now just out of warranty after completing a year, the moment I contact the Samsung customer support they will ask a huge amount for the repair charge for Samsung's own fault. But I will contact them anyway soon. If they really ask for a huge amount of money to repair the display, a horizontal black line on the display problem caused by Samsung's own half-cooked unstable software updates on my Galaxy F23 5G, then I will shift to Lava Agni 2 5G. Thanks for the suggestion though.

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members app as a error report and also send your's log files with this error, again and again. Then go to service center and demand to him for replace/repair it's free of cost because this issue is occurred from Samsung side due his bad update. But don't shift to Lava. Thanks.
