Samsung Galaxy F12 needs improvement

Dear Samsung Team,

Galaxy F12 needs a huge improvment in all aspects.

Few days ago I received Galaxy F12 and I had been using for almost 7 days and I was shocked to see that this phone lacks basic features like in-built Applock, Network Speed Indicator, User blocking option in Mobile Hotspot and It has no notification led blinking option even a rs 6000 range smartphone has these features and its dual apps agent is really **bleep***t.  You do not have the freedom to clone any app but you have to choose among the supported ones. Probably Samsung is not in competition mood. Because other brands like Xiaomi are putting these features in their rs 7000 smartphone. And one major thing is the 48 Mp camera, a Xiaomi phone with 12 Mega Pixel is enough to beat its image quality. And there is no slow motion option in Camera. If you are planning to buy this phone, my personal suggestion is that don't even think of doing this mistake. It is not the Samsung that it used to be. I hope Samsung will fix these bugs in future update if they really care about their customers' opinion

And also you have to take screenshot by using the old traditional way of pressing power button and volume down at the same time Unlike Xiaomi where U can just swipe down with 3 fingers and bang!. Maybe Samsung developers may be thinking that putting these features in an extremely low-end device might ruin their buisness and no one will buy their flagships 😅. But they are not considering the fact that Xiaomi is offering these features in their Rs 7000 smartphone (Redmi 9A). I regret my decision of buying Galaxy F12. Redmi 9 Power is far better than Galaxy F12, With a powerful processor (Snapdragon 662) and in Galaxy F12, U get Samsung Exynos 850 🤣. if U don't believe me go and check the performance of both these processors there U will know, Spreadtrum processors are better than Samsung Exynosssss 😂😂

I contacted them through email and told all this but they are telling me that you should take your phone to a nearby Samsung Service Center and they will check if the device has any problem. In my view the best solution is to sell this device even if someone gives you only Rs 5000, you should sell it ASAP 😥😥😥. And one thing that has put me in confusion is what was the need of putting a power efficient processor in a device that has 6000 mAh battery, This device cannot compete with redmi note 4 (2017) in terms of performance so what is the use of this device.

The result has now become clear brother. Xioami has kicked Samsung aka Hangsung and became world's no. 1 Smartphone brand, I always loved Samsung aka Hangsung but you cannot imagine how much happy I am after hearing this news. Now they must have known the disadvantage of feature discrimination and using their so called Sexynos Processors 🐕 in place of Snapdragon.
