Samsung F26 is hanging and doesn't do anything

Samsung F26 is hanging and doesn't do anything. Suddenly it getting hang. I tried restarting but after restarting hanging persist. I can not delete cache if mobile doesn't let me do anything.

Firstly it's F62. I am also using Galaxy F62, but never faced this hanging issue. Are you using any antivirus software , apk's or any temperature monitoring software??
