Samsung F23 5G wifi and Hotspot not working after One UI 6 update

Just days after updating my Samsung F23 5G to One Ui 6 (Android 14), my phone started over heating (processor temp raised to 70-75 deg.C), the 5G network started downgrading to 4G (also due to over-heat). And one very fine evening, I was watching a video on You Tube in high resolution, and bang! Phone started buzzing and hung for a while and restarted. The once it turned to restart, it kept occuring on and off from the boot loader itself for at least 10 hours...until i took it to a service centre...where they checked it and somehow, managed to bring the home screen however wifi and hotspot were not working (Wifi Mac address missing) and was restarting after a little heavy tasks. They said the motherboard was damaged and needed a replace, which should cost around ₹9000 with tax, and said it was due to moisture accumulated inside, but when i took it to a local shop, they said there was no moisture and Samsung phones are coming with faulty processor, and they suggested reballing the processor. However, i was still skeptical and checked online...and to my surprise, there have been a lot similar cases to that of mine, here in the Samsung Member app itselt...where wifi and hotspot were not working and their phone was restarting too, frequently, after updating the OS, and they were suggested the same thing the way I was, replacing of motherboard. 

So, my question to the Samsung company, is there any way to escalate the issue to them and they should resolve the matter accordingly?

Same issue after updating to ui 6.1 (wifi, hotspot not working, if tried to on wifi or hotspot the phone goes to loop boot)

Same happened with me
On turning off, it goes on a boot loop, wifi and Hotspot are nor working
I think the only solution is to repair from local shop, the service centre told me to replace the motherboard, costs 9k

wifi Hotspot not working and if i restart it continues for 4 to 6 hours then it on 's the screen .. **bleep** os update system

I also have the same issue in my Samsung F23 6gb/128gb. Hotspot, wifi not turning ON, initially there was problem with Bluetooth also but it resolved after resetting all settings in general management option. Wifi/Hotspot are still disable. I have done factory reset 2 times, but problem still persists. Phone hungs up and restarts several times automatically and stocks into reboot cycle. Phone gets hot and downgrade to 4G from 5G. Battery temperature reaches upto 42°C and CPU temperature upto 70°C.
These all issues came after ONE UI 6.1 update. Samsung, please rectify these issues at the earliest.
I reached Samsung Customer care near me. They updated the software after factory data reset but problem not resolved by them. They said it's motherboard is to be changed which will cost around Rs. 9700.

• Same problem with my phone also. I just updated it with android 14 and it started rebooting again and again and also wifi and Hotspot gone.
• Whatever everyone suggesting nothing is working this is just because of the faulty softwares.
• This was my first and last experience with Samsung (scamsung) company. After this I will never buy any Samsung product in my life or never suggest to anyone.
• One more thing here you guys try to compare yourself with apple first try to test your softwares before release. Apple is far more better than this scam company.
• Even Redmi is doing better than you people. I used one phone for 6 years without any glitch.

same happen with my phone. i visited to care & they do the activities.

1. reset All Network.

2.Factory reset.

3. Software reinstallation.

and Care team said the motherboard was damaged and needed a replace, which should cost around ₹9000 with tax.

when i check it online and found that this model is manufacturing defect but from samsung not think for customer.

i am also agreed with your line " scam sung with a silent C" 

i never advice or purchase Samsung.

The same thing happened to me , this is certainly the quality issue and Samsung must have to recognize it being as customer centric brand and guys any small solution will not work to fix it except mother board
