Samsung F23 5G wifi and Hotspot not working after One UI 6 update

Just days after updating my Samsung F23 5G to One Ui 6 (Android 14), my phone started over heating (processor temp raised to 70-75 deg.C), the 5G network started downgrading to 4G (also due to over-heat). And one very fine evening, I was watching a video on You Tube in high resolution, and bang! Phone started buzzing and hung for a while and restarted. The once it turned to restart, it kept occuring on and off from the boot loader itself for at least 10 hours...until i took it to a service centre...where they checked it and somehow, managed to bring the home screen however wifi and hotspot were not working (Wifi Mac address missing) and was restarting after a little heavy tasks. They said the motherboard was damaged and needed a replace, which should cost around ₹9000 with tax, and said it was due to moisture accumulated inside, but when i took it to a local shop, they said there was no moisture and Samsung phones are coming with faulty processor, and they suggested reballing the processor. However, i was still skeptical and checked online...and to my surprise, there have been a lot similar cases to that of mine, here in the Samsung Member app itselt...where wifi and hotspot were not working and their phone was restarting too, frequently, after updating the OS, and they were suggested the same thing the way I was, replacing of motherboard. 
So, my question to the Samsung company, is there any way to escalate the issue to them and they should resolve the matter accordingly?

This is a problem with Samsung phones under 20k. They are scamming consumers with low-budget phones. the phones get damaged, on their own, to such an extent that no technicians can repair them. Not just this phone, one bought M33 5G which had the same issue.  If you are purchase a Samsung phone under Rs 20K you are wasting your money. #SayNoToSamsungPhones

I am also facing the same issue my phone is getting on and off again and again and i am unable to open my wifi and it is not repairable why... Now what i have to do tell samsung either i want a refund or replacement

I am facing same issue after one ui 6 update, also I checked my phone in Samsung care, but he was not answer properly, he had not solution any kind of this issue.

Same issue on my samsung F23 device after update, I visited service center for the issue and they said that issue is with mother board and it meeds to get replaced. I followed up with customer care on mail and after multiple followup on mail they said that mother board needs to be replaced and it will be chargable as it is out of warranty now.

I filed a consumer complaint for same by calling 1915 and they took the complaint further with samsung. Now samsung called me and asking to pay 50% for the repair cost, but why should I pay as issue raised after the software update, so I will take the further update from consumer helpline and will get it repaired free of cost from samsung as they should take responsibility for corrupted update which caused wifi hotspot and looped restarting issue.

I have been dealing with wifi & Hotspot connectivity issues post the upgrade and multiple times shared logs with samsung support team but still no use....this is all because of single update but samsung never responded properly to fix the bugs identified

I think SAMSUNG company is bunch of fools , fraud and idiots who want to Ean money just by making their product of inferior quality.

I too facing same issue in past 2 days. My phone restrating automatically so many time approx 200 times since 17 sep 24. Now today it got on around 0900 hrs and still wifi and Hotspot not getting turned on.
It's very irritating and disturbing that after investing 16k bucks my phone stopped working in just 2 yrs.

I suggest that all of us should move to consumer forum all together. Any of us can draft a complain letter and it will be signed by all of us . When so many people will sign the letter it will have great impact to move to consumer forum and get a compensation from सैमसंग company and also they will improve their quality so that people like us not get cheated by company in future.

If you all are ready pls . Do ping here. then we will forum a WhatsApp grp and proceeded together for future coarse of action.

I'm also facing same issue from last 2 weeks, after updating to One UI 6.1 , Stopped Hotstop & WIFI..... also turned to restart automatically while using....
