In f41, this problem has started (see screenshot). I am using 2 sim cards. Jio in sim 1 and bsnl in sim 2. In sim 1, jio is working good. But in sim 2, bsnl network mode is automatically locked on LTE only. I get only 2G/3G in bsnl in my location. Bsnl is not working because sim 2 network mode is automatically locked on lte only. When I am changing it to 2g only, or 2g/3g/LTE auto mode, it is again changing automatically to LTE only. How can this be? 
I interchanged sim cards. I inserted jio in sim 2 and bsnl in sim 1. Now bsnl is working in sim 1. I am able to change network mode to 2g only, 3g only, or LTE/3G/2G auto mode with bsnl in sim slot 1. Sim slot 2 with jio in it is still locked on lte only but jio is working in slot 2. In short, both sim cards are working when I insert bsnl in sim 1 and jio in sim 2 (sim slot 2 is still locked on LTE only). 

But I want to keep jio in slot 1 and bsnl in slot 2. Why is slot 2 locked on LTE only? That is why bsnl is not working in slot 2. 
Note: phone is out of warranty. It is running on Android 10. When phone was new, bsnl worked in slot 2 and jio in slot 1 for more than 1.5 years. Pleasseee help

Perform a factory reset, i guess may it could solve your problem :)

Thanku brother. That will be last step if no other thing works. Do u have any idea why sim slot 2 is locked on lte only mode?

I think it's the fault of bsnl, coz when you're exchanging the sim cards, then it's working fine, so i guess it's the fault of the sim card :)

Brother but bsnl is working in sim slot 1. And jio is working in sim slot 2. I don't know what is happening. Ok brother thanku

I think it would be the problem of bsnl ..
Just check it on other device..if possible samsung device
