I had bought a new phone samsung f 62. And there was some problem with its display. The phone was under warranty. But the service center people refused to replace the display.

Very useless service. Samsung's.

Samsung service has disappointed me a lot.

Robbers are sitting at the service center.

If it is in the return window if you bought online you can return it back.

You can visit a Samsung service centre which has the highest google maps rating in your neighborhood.
If the staff still reject a replacement under warranty you can speak directly to the service manager.
They are considerate most times and cooperate when explained accurately.
My A30 had an issue with the volume button getting stuck after pressing.. but unboxed it 15 days after delivery. Service centre said the entire frame must be replaced and costs 9k. Spoke to the manager and got the click mechanism repaired in just 1 minute.

Is your display broken one or having touch issues on it? You can call service center & tell your issue with them. Thay might be help you to come out issue

There are no scratches or broken parts in the display of my phone. Absolutely clear display.
