Is it recommended  to factory reset after updating or does it make any difference?

Any suggestions?

Not necessary always, but after installing software updates or any ota updates some bugs and supporting chatch files are added, if any issues happen, then reaet the phone aprox all issues are may solved . If not any issues, then must be clean chetch partition. It's necessary.

Okay, So I'm installing new update, will clear the cache partition. If some problem occurs then will think about resetting...

Is cache partition deletes the internal storage data like photos videos? And if no means how could I do the cache partition?

No, it doesn't deletes any of your personal data.
You need to connect your phone with the laptop, then switch off and switch on by holding volume up button along with power button. There will be option for the same. You can navigate up and down using volume button and power button will work as enter.

Reset is a good option. It makes system smooth and stable. Before doing reset make sure that your necessary data should be backed up. You can also use any other external devices like SD card or pen drive to backup data.(smart switch app enables backup and restore easier)
