Dear Samsung Leadership,
I am writing this message out of complete frustration, disappointment, and urgency as a long-time Samsung customer. My Samsung Galaxy F23 has become non-functional and unsafe after the rollout of your One UI 6 update, and your entire customer support system has failed to acknowledge or resolve this issue.
🔥 What’s happening to my device:
Restarts automatically 30–70 times a day
Overheats beyond 100°C (a serious safety hazard)
No Wi-Fi or mobile network
Battery drains rapidly
Device is now completely unstable and unusable
🛠️ What I’ve already done:
Factory reset
Cache wipe
Safe mode
SIM/network reset
Visited your authorized service center
Reached out to Samsung customer care via chat, email, and forum
Filed feedback through Samsung Members
Still received no real help, just copy-paste scripted responses or complete silence
Your service center advised replacing the motherboard for ₹10,000, even though this issue was directly caused by your software update. Other users have been offered partial discounts like ₹4,517, showing inconsistency and internal acknowledgment of the fault — yet no official action.
❗ This is a software-induced failure, not a user mistake.
It is unacceptable and unethical to make customers pay for damage caused by Samsung's own update. I and many other users are victims of your negligence.

Immediate CEO-level escalation
Free motherboard replacement or rollback fix
Public acknowledgment of the F23/One UI 6 widespread issue
End to auto-replies and untrained support handling a serious product failure
If this continues to be ignored:
