Hello Everyone
 
 I am Thippeswamy, I bought F41 device last year by paying 70% of amount on flipkart platform. I also payed the remaing amount last month. Now the device has motherboard issue and went to service center . I have submitted my mobile on 30.08.21.
 They said it is not in stock and we want to order. 
 Ok fine we said but give us mobile with working fine. 
 We visited service center after 2nd and also 3rd week they said we have ordered and if the parts arrived we will repair and give it or else take your mobile back. 
 I had contacted customer support every week but they were saying parts have been ordered and escalating the issue but no response from escalated or higher authority people. 
 Later after a month they cancelled my service request.
 This is my service request number 4331235636.
 
 Now again we visited service center and raised for repair.
 
 Now the device gets expired and should have to pay for motherboard and also I have paid remaing 30% amount. 
 Is this fair.
 I want my mobile with perfectly alright within 10th Oct before it expires.
 If need I can paste complete whatsupp chat here. 
 
 Now again customer support is saying you have to submit warranty documents and hence it is pending then visited services center but service center people are saying not required any thing. 
 
 Can any one help me on this or should I proceed With legal process.

Yes this is wrong. You can complain if you have the proof. You might get more money than your phone too
