I recently updated my software on my F23 5g and iam facing issue mentioned above in the title. The phone was automatically restarting it self again and again, it happened for like 1 hr then it automatically turned on and now my wifi isn't working, like iam not able to turn my wifi on. I tried resetting the wifi and Bluetooth network settings but it didn't worked out.
I even drained the battery completely and tried to turn it on but again it happened again, again my phone was restarting it self continuously and again somehow it stopped but the wifi issue remains same.
Please let me know if anyone have any solution to this, thanks:)
One humble request to samsung, please focus on your testing team, seems like they are not working properly.

The best solution is that never buy Samsung mobiles. I also have F 54 and there are so many issues with this phone from day 1. Bogus Brand. The very first work of any mobile is to provide facility to call your contact & receive call . But Samsung can't provide very simple and the most important feature to consumer than what is the use of many other features which hardly we use . If you visit any service centre of Samsung, you will find untrained , novice staff which can provide only one solution - Format the phone and reload software.

  • Samsung must address the solution regarding the inconvenience being faced by the samsung f23 customers where the phone is attempting to restart multiple times and not able to start instantly like before and starts after long passage of time and when starts the wifi and sharing features are no longer working.
  • Samsung must resolve the issue by proving free service as the service centers are charging more than 8000 rupees for mother board replacement by citing it's damage.
  • Kindly resolve as soon as possible
