 I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent service experience with my Samsung phone.

On 20/08/2024, I visited the service center to address an issue with my device. The technician informed me that the motherboard needed replacement, with an estimated cost of INR 9500. They mentioned that, as the warranty has expired (1 year and 7 months), I would need to cover the repair expenses. However, this issue appeared only after a recent software update.
Given that the problem arose following an official software update, I believe it may be related to the update rather than a hardware fault.
This experience has been disappointing, and I hope for a resolution that reflects the high standards Samsung is known for.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
