Pdf does not open in duel WhatsApp

I am unable to open pdf and documents files from Dual Whatsapp. And also the downloaded file not appearing in file folder. And after some days the old document and pdf files are not forwarding to other contacts.... I also reset my dual whatsapp account...and then also it didn't changed yet ...same problem As I am using samsung galaxy F 41 But at the same time I am able to view/download the pdf file in main whatsapp.

Try changing pdf app like google pdf or acrobat

It's basically not ur fault it's the updated privacy policy of whatsapp that's causing this in some handsets not all I just tried this dual feature via Adobe acrobat and all about 11 PDFs downloaded and we're easily viewed
Just make sure your SD card or internal memory has enough space for file storaing and make sure downloaded file is not corrupt or broken because many times over mobile data downloading fluctuates and is not constant hence file downloaded could have glitches
