Overheating issue in normal usage

Just like I said it gets overheated in normal usage I'm not a heavy user I never even play games toady I missed my exam bcuz it won't let me open my question paper in gallery in split screen what the hell is that I have paid 25k for this device was not expecting this even mi and realme 10k device don't do this very disappointed please fix this problem asap

No bro actually teacher sent the questions online on WhatsApp and then we have solve it send the ans withing 30 mins, it was a test
