One ui 6 update made my f23 mobile not functional

Hi Samsung Team, I vinit Kumar Gautam age around 52 years recently received an update for Samsung F23 5g model which my elder son installed on 15 may 2024 it as i didn't know how to do that, post which within an hour phone started heating and beeping. And the screen was stuck on OS loading screen showing samsung logo. We contacted the customer support but they denied any kind of issue from their end and pointed the hardware failure of motherboard. Although on checking few forums, I found this has been encountered by many people. Hence we need a proper resolution on the issue as the customer support fixed it temporarily by ,rebooting it to older version of one ui 5.1, highlighting the same comment. And now with one ui 5.1 my mobile is working properly but my wifi ,Bluetooth is not working. please help us fix the issue as soon as possible.

And as told by service center of Pilibhit that mother board is having issue than why my phone is working with one ui 5.1 android .

So fix my mobile or else I'll go to consumer forum. And for this mental trauma I'll complaint.

I went to service center. They are saying one ui 6.0 update have no role for generating this issue.
So sir you have to pay for new motherboard.
I said why I would pay you as their is no fault of mine

Have you tried contacting the higher up?

Yes.they are saying their is no fault of one ui 6.0 update

But I will complaint in consumer court

The damage occured in hardware level, i guess wifi ic has broken down.....they suggested me to replace the motherboard itself...which is very costly for this phone, around ₹9000. Samsung devices, in this low to mid range section, are becoming the worst in the segment. Samsung is a scam now.

Damage occurred just after one ui 6.0 update.
So fault is of update given by samsung

I know...same thing occured with me, my phone broken down after the update....maybe due to excess heating the ic probably broke.

So after update this access heat issue came.
So my mobile should be repaired by samsung.

Only if they take the ownership. Consumer forum seems to be the better option now.
