It has been reported that no devices except S and Z series is getting any of the cloud powered AI features with One UI 6.1.S21 FE will get some AI features, but it will not get Circle to Search feature.

It takes time to rollout update to everyone. They rollout to 1 region at a time to avoid overloading their servers. So just be patient or buy a new phone if you can't wait.
