Not getting updates

I'm using Samsung F15 5g these model not getting any updates for last 2 months, last i received update 21st JUN 2024 today 27th AUG 2024 Still iam not getting any update what is the reason,

And these model comes with 90HZ refresh rate but it's working 30Hz refresh rate and so many lags and hungging the mobile and I'm facing so many issues in these model and 2 times I'm going to Samsung service center also so don't buy these model mobile and Samsung members team also not responding these issues worrest customer support

It was new so updates were given early just for promote the phone officially in A series midrange phone they promise quarterly updates. If you want regularly monthly updates then buy latest S series phone

Iam not intrested to buy samsung mobiles iam using Samsung f15 these is my first phone in samsung but iam facing many issues so facing worrest experience in samsung brand

This is not an issue. Better is just inquire well about software, features, updates about the phone before you buy it no matter it is samsung or any other phone. I bought two A15 5G no issues. If you want best experience in samsung, S series is only the best option otherwise in F, M or A samsung is just ok phone

I didn't have any glitch and any issues in f15
But I'm using iqoo z6pro it have lot of bugs and battery drain issues and it's giving monthly updates 🤣 funtouch os is like 🤡
F15 is far better
