As per your concern, we want to inform you that the software update is developed to enhance the performance or stability of the smartphone and it is fully tested in different stages. The issue could occur due to usage and various other factors, in case there is any kind of issue that occurs after the update then we are always helping our customers to resolve their issues. However, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.
● Galaxy device wi-fi and hotspot issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/how-to-troubleshoot-a-galaxy-phone-that-wont-conne...
→ Disable the data saver: Path: Settings > Connections >Data usage > Data saver > Disable data saver (if enabled).
● Galaxy device Bluetooth issue: Reset app preferences: Settings > Apps > More option > Reset App Preferences.
→ Kindly try to connect your device with "other devices" and check.
→ Clear cache: Settings > Apps > Menu > Show system apps > Search and type "Bluetooth" > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > OK.
→ Reset settings: Settings>General Management>Reset> Reset all settings to their default.
→ Reset network settings: Reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings to their default.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
