As we can see the previous voice recordings were good but the third one didn't recorded my voice, this glitch happened many times today, my new galaxy f55 was delivered today and I updated it to the latest version and here is the glitch that in games (talking through device's mic) or anywhere else where we've to record our voice, it sometimes doesn't records any voice and that's the glitch. I hope Samsung will get this bug solved🙂

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

Record your voice without using headphones by using a voice recorder" and playing the recorded audio:

Navigate to the apps screen and tap on the Samsung folder> Voice Recorder> Tap on the recording to record your voice then tap on Stop to save the recording> Save> Select and tap on recently recorded audio to hear the audio quality.
Note: If the recorded audio quality is good, then your microphone is working fine.

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

I did reset my device just after you replied sir, it didn't help. Now it is more clear that it's a software bug which stops taking out voice for some seconds or minutes🙂
