Lock screen notification not working in Samsung galaxy f23 5g

Bought Samsung galaxy f23 recently, notification in lock screen not working. Sound and vibration is good, But lock screen notification not working. Every time I have to unlock the screen or double tab to view the notification. Is there any solution for this?

I tried doing this in my F23 but still notifications not coming in lockscreen , have to unlock phone to see notifications
