Line on display

My Samsung S21 fe 5g 256mb phone got line on middle of the display after completing warrenty. Samsung service center told to replace display with the cost of 14k. Without any damage i got this error. Why this type of products releasing witgout an r&d. One Plus mobiles replacing display this type of display errors. But samsung looting money from coustmers. My mobile cost is 65000INR with in 18 months i faced this issue. 😭😭😭😭

I didn't opened job sheet for this issue. I just asked what is the problem they informed me display issue need to change display approx cost 14000.

Already raised ticket in Samsung error report they are checking log sheets. Waiting for reply.
