If tomorrow they will not release update than i will file a complaint in consumer court i had bought this phone on launching day i had lost my old phone so urgently i bought this phone also i had paid higher amount for this phone i will not leave them i will teach them lesson about consumer protection act

And you dont have an idea how law works theres first statement gonna be this in our notification its already mentioned update can be delayed on valid ground so it does and we are not responsible and when they check they notification they'll find its already mentioned and theres nothing to file case about

Bro when i said i will file case i already wrote i will file a complaint in consumer forum also tell my point and Company will tell them point and let consumer forum decide about this i am not a constitutional body i will file complaint only because i paid them and i want service it's my right according to consumer protection act then Consumer forum will decide n but i am sure it will make impact and pressure also on Samsung because this is modern and Competitive era and now any big company don't want to dawn them reputation also another companies are in competition also for your kind information i am not using only F14 5g in my family there are 8 user and we have all types of series phone S, A, M, F also we are using tap laptop and home appliances of Samsung So Samsung will have to think thousand time before doing anything also we have social media when i will file complaint i will also post it on social media i also have friends entire world you don't know what i can do
When i complaint it will make impact also pressure on Samsung

You dont know single thing about law you havent read thier update polices alright file a case you'll lose it in your first hearing only your case foundation isnt strong

Now i got call from supervisor she told they have already released software update
She also told me if you haven't got update till now than you can visit service center than they will resolve it but i told her it's not issue with my particular phone every one is facing same issue it means it's Scamsung system glitch than she request me to wait till some days but i told her i will wait only till tomorrow evening and if i will not get update till tomorrow evening than i will complaint in consumer court
I have also recording of this conversation on call
So as Supervisor request i will wait till tomorrow evening only
If till tomorrow evening i will not get Os update or Evidence of released Os update from Scamsung than i will complaint

Actually supervisor also don't know about the update release as she said they've released it by their side...
