I purchased Samsung F54 on Flipkart sales used Jio sim 5g offer came applied 1 month ago no 5g came 
Then went to cousins house there he uses 5g tried there still setting not 5g came
Went to Jio service they also tried still 5g didn't occur same issue
So I am writing review to Samsung if any issue on your side please fix it

This happened due to low network

So device use 4g
Use 5g only app

I am using jio 5g in f54, did you check if your jio sim is active for jio 5g connection. Try troubleshoot in jioScreenshot_20240124_220304_MyJio_1000039787_1706113984.png

Everything is fine they say go to settings and select 5g but 5g is already selected tf
My cousins S21fe is having 5g and I am not how 💀1706172297559_1706172297550_0.jpg
