Internet Not Working while on call

Please help how to get rid off this issue. Volte feature is also active for both sim cards but still net is not working while over the call.

Open settings, go to SIM manager settings. From there you enable the toggle Data Swirching and backup calling. You can solution by clicking thr 3 dot if your query is resolved.

Settings > Mobile Networks > Use Internet during call > Enable it, if disabled.

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
