How to rename file name in default gallery app

Renaming a file name is not working galaxy f12 

Adding tags & location information is working but renaming is not working

Open gallery >select any image>swipe up>select arrow mark>and then click on edit

Trying this way only to rename but can't rename it ..

It's available after recent update..UI3.1 or then try from my files

Renaming thru my files is the only option now ....thanks for your help👍

Also,wait for gallery updates,you will definitely get it after updates..

Dear, go to gallery, select file concerned, select details, edit, rename..or go to internal storage, select folder, select file, thrn rename and save . Thx
