How do I create multi users on galaxy f62 device

I saw a few videos of youtubers using muti user feature through setting >accounts and backups > users. 

Although I have fully updated my device to latest version of april2023 update. I still could not find users tab.

Samsung, please enable multi users. 

It is a must feature for business people. I cannot carry 2 mobiles on me everywhere.
