I started to see some bugs .... it happens very rarely BUT also it is a worse one thats why i am reporting!!!
Here is my problem, i am getting Notifications in pop-up form but when i am trying to see it in Notification Panel! None of the Notifications are showing there .... i had to restart my whole device to get it Normal
