Green line issue on samsung f54 5g

I purchased my first samsung phone(f54) a year ago and it was working fine till i updated my phone recently to one ui 6.1. From then onwards it is a nightmare. I started seeing green line multiple times in different places. Sometimes it just vanishes and come back again in a different spot. I am pretty sure that i haven't dropped my phone or water damaged it. I am more like a laptop guy so i use my phone very less comparatively. Most of the time my phone is at my home and i barely use it outside my home. I contacted samsung authorized service center and they can only replace the screen at it will cost me 7500INR which is basically 25% of what my phone cost (approx). I searched on many forums and found that samsung is offering free replacement to the S series smartphones for the same issue and yet they are not providing any for my phone series. I researched a little more and found out that the green line issue is  due to hardware damage and it might be caused due to overheating while the phone is updating(might be the reason for me). I digged a little more deeper and found that the S series phones uses the same screen technology (AMOLED) of what my phone uses. After finding out, i dont see why Samsung refuses to offer free screen replacement for other phone series which uses the same screen technology and the same OS. Even after multiple request and talking with service center they are unwilling to help me with this issue. 

I personally used to like samsung as a brand and for there products. Everyone in my family uses a samsung phone. But after what i am currently facing with there products i strongly regret even considering samsung when i was planning to buy a new phone. I personally thinks that these phone manufacturers like samsung wants us to keep changing our phones after year or so and for that they refuses to offer privileges like these to other phone series segments which comes under the S series.

Follow up: Recently got call from samsung customer care service and was not at all satisfied nor answering to my querries properly. I was so fed up with this stupid samsung phone f54 of mine that everyone in my family including myself switched to iphone/non samsung device. I am planning to even switch even other samsung home appliances to other companies because i dont trust samsung anymore. If they cant atleast take up responsibility for the issues caused by there devices due to a problem which they caused how can anyone anymore trust these companies? So pathetic that these companies are going behind money more that customer satisfaction.
