I was trying to connect my phone Samsung Galaxy F62 with Windows 11 PC using USB C to USB C cable(Both USB type C). But it won't transfer files it just charges. It continuosly get disconnected while trying to transfer files. However if I use USB C to USB A cable it works fine.

Note: I've turned on file transfer and the cable of the phone works with another phone to transfer files but not this phone. So it's should not issue with Windows.
As it can be seen in this video phone is repeatedly getting disconnected despite being connected properly. However if I use USB C to USB A cable everything works fine.

Well... Don't stress much since it's working with the type A to C cable. There may be some compatibility issues.

Hmm maybe but it feels weird that out of the box cable given by samsung is not compatible with the phone and instead it is compatible with another phone(Redmi Note 7)

It's compatible maybe there is some problem in your PC or laptop.

I've already turned on developer options and usb debugging, file transfer and that doesn't have any effect in solving the problem
