Anyone Facing Display Colour issue on Galaxy F62 please reach out to the service centre and ask them to raise the problem further to the Samsung officials so that they recognizethis as mass issue and offer us a repair. I have already raised but the Technician countered me back by saying no other user are facing such problem its the problem of my specific unit they said So please reach out the the service centers and raise the problem as mass issue.

S t u f we have been complaining from last 4 months still you have not come with solution to the problem and dont tell me to go to service center as they tell us to replace the screen which cost 7k when it was your updates which cause the issue

Bro samsung is a pathetic brand it will never do this. The thing your talking about it done by oneplus and thats is way better than samsung they replaced the screen free of cost and this worst brand samsung is not doing even after people complaining so much

Why don't you show them the reports and complain about update at Samsung Members app. At least they will trust their own customer community application..

The Technician at my nearest service centre are just too rude to me as I also asked them to review their Samsung Continuity section complains but they simply ignored and was telling its was all my fault.
I just need to find another service centre so that the Technician doesn't recognize me
