So I bought Galaxy F54 (Mumbai, India) in Jun'23, for my personal use. then in July'23 i visited vietnam and purchased local sim & inserted and it worked very well for 8-9days there without any issue. however in August i visited thailand , there when i inserted local sim (purchased tourist sim from 7/11) it said region lock. now in order to remove that i had make 5 minute call, but my indian sim didnt have network (i didn't activate roaming) so i was stuck. i worry if some new place i visit and this problem pops up, meaning i have to activate roaming , meaning pay for international roaming also and then pay for local sim also, unnecessary cost increase. any help on this would be appreciated.
