Hi, 

My samsung galaxy f41 has restarted suddenly and is stuck at the Samsung logo screen

Unable to hard reset the phone as well.

On checking the samsung community,it seems that like many models, the F41 series uses a defective mother board and this is the root cause of the issue. Many users are facing the same problem.

The solutions seems to be to replace the mother board.
I wonder why customer has to pay for the replacement of a defective mother board coming from the manufacturing.
This is not acceptable.

The service centee has temporarily been able to restore my phone but have advised me that this issue will relapse any time.and a mother board replacement is the only solution


This is not at all acceptable when the customer has already bought the phone paying 16k that within 1.5 years the mother board shows issues.

Hey can you answer 2 questions please?
1)what is the manufacturing month and year (check on the box)
2) did this happen after Android 12 update?

This is a widespread issue and I am using F41. As I am afraid of this issue, I am yet to update my phone.

Also, you may reply to people like him who call people having genuine issues like you as liers. Check the comments as well.

Hi, 

I am facing this kind of problem after the upgrade to Android 12 with 1 Nov 2022 security patch update. . Now service center people saying motherboard issue. I have paid for phone and pay extra for hardware issue as well? This is not good.

Follow the above steps in the post, if they deny, then ask for discount and be adamant that the update has damaged your phone, tell them you will file complaints in consumer forum

I am also facing the same problem with F41. Customer centre àsked me to replace the board. And I came to know F series using a faulty board.

Then what is the use of replacing the board? What is the quality of your quality checking that you mentioned above? I really fed-up.

Hi Samsung,

I am facing the same issue. My Samsung F41 mobile is stuck on Samsung Logo. Customer care center is saying board will be replace and cost is 4000 Rs for it. If it is manufacturing fault then why should I pay for it. Please see this issue on priority.
