Your device was launched by samsung in 2021 with android 11 operating system & samsung promised two major updates in your phone. F12 got android 12 and 13 both. No other major software update is remaining for your phone. Sorry to say but you will not get further major updates. 🙏

Samsung Galaxy F12 Was Launched With Android 11(ONE UI 3.1) And Was Egible For Two OS Update And Had Got Android 12(ONE UI 4.1)&ANDROID 13(ONE UI 5.1).So No More Os Update And It A Too Old Device So No Security Update Also.
