Here is the battery usage. 

It's not giving good battery life plus background usage of oneui home and play services are huge. Any suggestions on how to improve it.

I'm on the latest update.

DON'T DOWN BATTERY PERCENTAGE TO LESS THAN 15 %
START CHARGING PHONE AT 15-20% TILL 80% [ MINIMUM ]

PUT UNUSED APPS TO SLEEP / DEEP SLEEP APPS LIST
BY
DEVICE CARE > BATTERY > BACKGROUND USAGE LIMITS > ADD UNUSED APPS TO SLEEP APPS LIST AUTOMATICALLY [ENABLE IT ]

ALSO ENABLE ADAPTIVE BATTERY

NOW CHECK STILL PROBLEM??

Stop using truecaller
It'll save you 6%.
And one UI isnot taking that much battery.
Also put some of your applications in deep sleep .
