F62 Worst network issues

When will we get the next OS update ? With your untested OS updates all our F62 phones are facing many network issues. Since July upgrade we are facing serious network issues. I already went to service center and they installed the same dumb OS patch. They told that it can't be downgraded. Provided dumbstat logs to samsung team via error/ feedback section. Still they are asking for more logs. Atleast revert to old working patch. Thats the better thing you can do instead of CA or other experiments on our phones

Am already send feed back Samsung
Am going to service center but can't do anything.
Samsung doing nothing
And Samsung community admin doing only photo post offer launch event.

Please try samsung band selection app to address network issues. I was facing poor network after update the software but this app helped me to resolve the issue.
