F62 - Issue After Android 13 and UI 5 Update

I got the lastest Android 13 and UI 5 Update on 22 November in Three days i started facing the Screen Flickering Issue on My Device

My mobile was not under warranty. Ill wait for some days and planned to Downgrade the OS

Same happening with my device. After upgrading to android 13 almost all the apps stopped working. When ever i open any app it is showing that there is a bug in the app. Same error is showing in all the apps.
