F62 : ICICI app giving rooted alert after latest Android update

iMobile app by ICICI Bank is not working after latest update installed on my mobile. It is giving alert that my phone is rooted but it is not.

Other apps are working all fine.

Is anyone else facing this issue, what could be possible solution?

NOTE : Tried resetting my phone, apps started working just after reset.

Installed other apps that were there on phone earlier and banking apps are back to giving error.

Yes me too. I also facing same issue in a same manner...after getting reset ,hard reset ,reset through authorize service centre but the issue is still there that your device is rooted &for security reasons we hve stopped application on your rooted Mobil

Yes I'm too facing this issue. Currently I'm using S21U and just after the last update the icici pay has stopped working with reason that my phone is rooted. 

But i reality I've never rooted my primary device still the app won't work

Ok, Same issue here. It looks like this ICICI mobile app is having trouble. I also have a mobile from a different brand which is also showing the same error. I believe ICICI bank has to fix this issue.

I am facing exactly same problem on my Samsung S20 FE 5G - exactly same as per above screenshot on my ICICI App and also same as reported by another member on HSBC App (Rooted warning on log off) plus am getting similar "rooted" alerts on other bank's Apps as well.

I have checked, my phone is not rooted - Phone 'status shows "Official" as well as Root Checker confirms it is not rooted. I have done Factory Reset. But still the same issue persists. I visited Samsung Service Centre and they have no clue whatsoever to this issue.
