F62 Android 13 update - reset device?

 I have updated to Android 13 and my F62 is now performing better. I use this app, temperature Monitor and alarm.

 My sis has Mi 11 lite with sd720. Always the thermal level upto 33 only. Never raises. 

 But my phone's thermal levels are around hundred and more.

 If i carefully looked into the eight cores , then the last powerful cores as you see there never reach beyond mid level. Performing upto 1ghz.

 However, i guess Android 13 is now improving this phone's performing.

 Do I need to reset device for better performance? Though huge data has to be compromised for this.

But when temperature becomes lower by different means it perfoms full.

If you have an sd card then install smart switch and backup your data on memory card, then after resetting, install smart switch and restore that data

Yeah some amount of data will be compromised but its worth it
