F55 5g Bug Report

 I have reported some error, given feedback in which I have told about the problem I am facing, and have also sent the log file. I am facing voice problem, background noise is too much.So I complained about it but till now there has been no response from Samsung. 

Even after the update to One UI 7.0 this problem has not been resolved. The camera is getting stuck, the quality has improved, the voice focus has come on the call screen. But I am facing problem with the sound while making the video. There is a lot of background noise in the video whether it is made from Snapchat or from the camera app.The person who is speaking in the video, his voice is also not coming clearly, more than that there is background noise, Either the mic of this series f55 is bad or there is a problem in the software 

Please Samsung do something and find a solution for this as quickly as possible. I don't want to call it scamsung like others because I love Samsung. All my mobiles are Samsung.

My f15 has crazy different type of bug. Only volume up button works but volume down does not work sometimes how many clicks you do.

There can also be a problem with these buttons. My friend also has the same problem. There is a problem with the button in M34. It will be fixed at the local shop.

I am very disappointed from the experience of one UI 7 there is a very big problem battery draining in normal use at night sleepy mode battery draining till morning 3 to 5 %. In normal use battery backup is very bad hardly 1.5 day without any heavy use. Please solve this big as soon as possible.🙏
